The 3 Sovereigns ~ Chapter 1

The sun was shining on the castle on a small island near the coast of Japan; the castle was owned by King Ryuunosuke and Princess Kaida, rulers of Dragons and Humans alike. The birds were singing to the sky, small waves on the ocean water moving peacefully. Until there was a large “CRASH!” outside of the castle. The impact of the crash made the inside of the castle vibrate. Princess Kaida and her friend, Thalia, almost lost their footing due to the vibration. “Ah! We’re been attacked!” Thalia screamed grabbing Kaida’s arm, “Kaida, call your brother!” “We can’t call Ryuu, he’s on a vacation, and his iPhone is off.” Kaida pointed out calmly. Thalia’s face showed confusion, “What do you mean? He didn’t invite you?” Kaida shrugged her shoulders, “I told him that he needed a break from his King duties for a day. And he brought someone with him so that he can enjoy some company.” Thalia’s left eyebrow raised up, “Who’s that?”

~With Ryuu at the beach~
Flame Stelle started laughing beside King Ryuunosuke, both sitting on a towel over the sandy ground, “Hey, Ry? Did you hear about the red ship and the blue ship that collided? Both crews were marooned! Aha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Okay, okay, a baby seal walks into a club...  ” Ryuu crossed his arms over his chest, looking at the sea with annoyance in his eyes, “Now I want to go back to my King duties…”

~Back with the girls~
Thalia looked out of the castles window, “Kaida! Look!” Kaida looked out the window and outside was a medium sized hole just near the front gates of the castle. Kaida grabbed Thalia’s hand and dragged her to the front doors, “Come on, let’s check it out.” “WHAT!?” Thalia’s eyes widened, “What if’s an alien that pop out of that hole and eat us!?” “Thal, relax. Let’s Just have a quick look.” Kaida dragged Thalia to the front doors and headed to the gates of the castle. The two girls gasped when they saw something crawling out of the hole. The girls were about to make a run for it, but they didn’t when the creature stand up and they found out quickly that it’s not a monster. It’s a little girl; a human little girl.” The little girl had long dark brown hair and her age appearance looks to be no older than 10, but not younger than 7. She was covered in dirt and earth, it was hard to tell what color of her skin and clothes were. “A little girl?” Thalia asked herself. It wasn’t long before she realizes that Kaida went over to the dirty little girl. “Hello, little one.” Kaida greeted gently. But it startled the girl and she looked up at Kaida with huge, silver eyes. Kaida continued, “I believe we haven’t met each other before. Let me present to you my friend, Thalia!” Kaida grabbed Thalia’s hand and pulled her beside Kaida. Thalia just waved at the girl without eye contact. Kaida cleared her throat, “And as for me, I’m-“

“I know who you are.” The little girl spoke. Her voice was small and sounded sweet and innocent. Kaida just stopped talking and looked at the girl with confusion. “Uh, what did you say?” The princess asked. The girl started scrapping the dirt off of her body while talking, “Princess Kaida Tsuyoshi. Sister of King Ryuunosuke Tsuyoshi, Half-breed of a human and a dragon, and the one who defeated the evil King Nidhogg 9 months ago. Your parents were massacred when you and your brother were little kids because there was a dragon that attacked Tokyo and the Japanese thought that it was your mother who did it. Yes, I know everything about you.” Kaida and Thalia were dumbfounded by the girl. There was a moment of silence before Thalia broke out in complete laugher, “Ha-ha-ha-ha! You got served, Kaida! I like this kid already!” Kaida pointed to the girl, “Who are you?”

The girl’s hands glowed pink and soon entire body glowed pink before the two teenage girls realized that the girl’s appearance changed. The girl’s hair changed to a fuchsia color, her skin was clean from the dirt, the red hair ribbon she had was now cyan, her outfit looks almost like a Sailor Moon design, and white angel wings on her back. But the left wing locked crooked and broken. “I am Lovie; Also known as Charlotte Christ. Daughter of Cupid, Guardian of Love, half-breed of a human and god, protector of children all over the world, and-“ “Wait a minute!” Kaida stopped the girl from continuing, “Did you say ‘half-breed’? And did you say ‘daughter of Cupid’?” “Yes.” Lovie answered and later gasped when Kaida shakes her hand. “This is so cool! I thought my brother and I were the only half-breeds in the world!” Kaida said, smiling happily, “So tell me what kind of business are you in that cause you to crash land on the royal grounds of the King and Princess of the Dragons and Humans alike?” Lovie looked at her left wing, “Well, I was doing my Guardian duty to spread love to the children. When I was flying my way to Australia, a flock of geese that started attacking me. I lost control of my flight and crashed here. The crash broke my wing…” About that time, a white liquid splashed on her head. The girls looked up and saw a flock of geese passing by. Lovie sighed, “This is why I’m a dove fan.”

“So you can’t fly?” Thalia asked. “No, I can’t. But I can teleport, but the problem with that is that my teleportation isn’t too good.” Lovie said, changing back to her human form, “All I can do is to stay in this form until my wing gets healed up. My wing can get healed up with some medical tape and a splint. And today is the season finale of ‘Urban Legends’!” Kaida scratched her chin, “Hmm… We don’t have any medical supplies and we have a TV in the castle. If you want you can-“ Kaida was cut off when she noticed Thalia smiling creepy. “Thal? Stop smiling like that. It’s creeping me out.” Realization suddenly hit Kaida, “Ohh, I know what you’re thinking!” The two teens smiles widens and they let out “SLEEPOVER!” Kaida grabbed Lovie’s hand and the girls ran inside. “Since it’s still day time, we do stuff during the day. Come on!” Kaida said. “Yeah! We are going to have some fun today!” Thalia laughed. Lovie sweatdropped, “What kind of ’fun’ do you have in mind?”
